KaratBroker SMS Notifications (KaratLine)

KaratBroker provides a two-way SMS messaging service called KaratLine, used by independent jewellers, cash-for-gold buyers, and pawnbrokers to send transactional notifications to their customers.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages when you provide your mobile phone number to a KaratBroker-powered store during an in-store transaction. By providing your number, you agree to receive transaction-related SMS notifications from that store via KaratBroker.

Types of Messages You May Receive

• Loan payment reminders and expiry notices
• Repair and appraisal pickup notifications
• Special order arrival alerts
• General transaction status updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your transaction activity with the store.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You will receive one confirmation message after STOP and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

How to Get Help
